چیمپئنز ٹرافی: بھارت کی ایک بار پھر تنازع کھڑا کرنیکی کوشش، اس بار کیا ہتھکنڈا اپنایا؟

آئی سی سی چیمپئنز ٹرافی کے منظور شدہ لوگو کو شرٹ پر لگانے کے معاملے پر بھارت کی جانب سے ایک اور تنازع کھڑا کرنے کی کوشش کی جانے لگی۔

بھارتی میڈیا کی جانب سے آئی سی سی چیمپئنز ٹرافی 2025 کے لوگو کے حوالے سے کیے گئے دعوے ایک بار پھر تنازعے کی شکل اختیار کر رہے ہیں۔ روایتی طور پر آئی سی سی چیمپئنز ٹرافی کے منظور شدہ لوگو میں میزبان ملک کا نام شامل ہوتا ہے، اور اس بار پاکستان میزبان ہے۔ لیکن بھارتی میڈیا کا کہنا ہے کہ بھارتی ٹیم اپنی کٹ پر پاکستان کا نام نہیں لکھے گی، جو آئی سی سی قوانین کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہوگی۔

آئی سی سی قوانین کا اطلاق

آئی سی سی کے قوانین کے تحت، تمام شریک ٹیموں کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ چیمپئنز ٹرافی کے منظور شدہ لوگو کو اپنی کٹ پر شامل کریں۔ کسی بھی ٹیم کی جانب سے لوگو کو تبدیل کرنا یا اس کے عناصر کو ہٹانا “کلودنگ اینڈ ایکوپمنٹ ریگولیشن” کی خلاف ورزی شمار ہوگا۔

پی سی بی کا ردعمل

پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ (پی سی بی) نے بھارتی میڈیا کی جانب سے کیے گئے دعوؤں پر ناپسندیدگی کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ پی سی بی کا کہنا ہے کہ آئی سی سی کو اس معاملے میں اپنے قوانین پر عملدرآمد کو یقینی بنانا چاہیے تاکہ کسی بھی ٹیم کو انفرادی فیصلے کرنے کی اجازت نہ دی جائے۔

ماضی کے تنازعات

یہ پہلا موقع نہیں ہے کہ بھارت نے کرکٹ کے معاملات میں تنازع پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کی ہو۔ 2023 کے ایشیا کپ کے دوران بھی بھارت نے میزبانی کے حق پر اعتراض اٹھایا تھا، اور میزبان ملک کے نام کو لوگو میں شامل نہ کرنے کی منظوری دی گئی تھی۔ یہ معاملات کرکٹ کے میدان میں سیاست کی مداخلت کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں، جو کھیل کی روح کے خلاف ہے۔

سوالات جنم لیتے ہیں

بھارتی میڈیا کی جانب سے ایسے تنازعات پیدا کرنے کے بعد یہ سوالات اٹھتے ہیں:

  • کیا بھارت آئی سی سی قوانین کی پاسداری کرے گا؟
  • اگر بھارت لوگو میں تبدیلی کرتا ہے تو کیا آئی سی سی اس پر سخت کارروائی کرے گا؟
  • کیا یہ تنازع کرکٹ کی عالمی سطح پر سیاست کے بڑھتے ہوئے اثرات کی عکاسی کرتا ہے؟

نتیجہ

کرکٹ جیسے کھیل میں سیاست اور تنازعات کی گنجائش نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ آئی سی سی کو چاہیے کہ وہ تمام ٹیموں کے لیے یکساں قوانین کا اطلاق کرے اور یقینی بنائے کہ کھیل کے میدان میں کسی بھی قسم کی سیاست یا تنازع سے بچا جائے۔ اگر بھارت واقعی اپنی کٹ پر پاکستان کا نام شامل نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کرتا ہے تو یہ نہ صرف قوانین کی خلاف ورزی ہوگی بلکہ کھیل کے جذبات کو بھی نقصان پہنچائے گا۔
