The Punjab Chief Minister’s ‘Dhee Rani’ programme has entered its second phase, offering another 1,500 underprivileged brides the opportunity to benefit from this government-led initiative. The programme, designed to support marginalised communities, continues its mission of ensuring dignified collective weddings across the province.

Applications Now Open

Interested applicants can now submit their applications online via the official website (cmd.punjab.gov.pk) or visit the Deputy Director of Social Welfare’s district office. To assist applicants, the Punjab government has also set up a dedicated helpline (1312) for programme-related inquiries.

  • Financial Support: Each newlywed couple receives a financial gift of Rs. 100,000, directly accessible through an ATM card provided by the Punjab Chief Minister.
  • Household Essentials: The government ensures that every bride receives essential items such as furniture, clothing, and other necessities to start their new life comfortably.
